Privacy Policy

How chicken-road-2-real-app.com handles your data: what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

No accounts, no newsletters, no profiles: this policy is short because the site is simple.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the team behind chicken-road-2-real-app.com. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

Accuracy

If we hold an address for you and it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. There is no profile behind it to reconcile, which makes this the easiest request we handle.

What we collect

Data you give us directly

  • Contact messages. If you email us or use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address (usually truncated by our analytics provider), browser, operating system, device category and screen size.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here and the outbound links you click.
  • Cookie identifiers — described in detail in our Cookie Policy.

We do not want financial data. Never send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords, one-time codes or copies of identity documents. If you do, we delete them. Note that the SSL encryption and two-factor authentication described in our review protect your operator account, not your correspondence with us.

Why we process it

  • To operate the website — serving pages, security, diagnosing errors. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • To answer you — replying to a message you sent. Basis: your request.
  • To measure content — understanding which guides are read. Basis: consent where required.
  • To attribute referrals — recording that a visit to an operator came from here. Basis: consent / legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by hosting and CDN providers, analytics providers, and affiliate networks that receive a referral identifier when you click a partner link. Once you land on an operator's site, that operator becomes the controller of everything you provide there — including KYC documents and payment details — under its own policy.

Download safety is the recurring theme of this site, and it is a genuine risk rather than a rhetorical one: mirror APKs are where the real trouble starts. The advice here is deliberately narrow — operator page or verified store, nothing else.

International transfers and retention

Service providers may process data outside India, including in the EU and the United States, under the safeguards those providers offer. We keep contact correspondence for up to 24 months, aggregated analytics for up to 26 months and server logs for around 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, access to stored correspondence is restricted, and the volume of personal data we hold is deliberately small. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but minimising what we collect materially limits the risk.

Legal basis

Technical data rests on the legitimate interest of running a secure site; optional analytics rest on consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data.

The date at the top is the only version marker that matters; there are no silent edits.
