Accuracy
If we hold an address for you and it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. There is no profile behind it to reconcile, which makes this the easiest request we handle.
What we collect
Data you give us directly
- Contact messages. If you email us or use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Data collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address (usually truncated by our analytics provider), browser, operating system, device category and screen size.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here and the outbound links you click.
- Cookie identifiers — described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
We do not want financial data. Never send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords, one-time codes or copies of identity documents. If you do, we delete them. Note that the SSL encryption and two-factor authentication described in our review protect your operator account, not your correspondence with us.

Who we share it with

Security
The website is served over HTTPS, access to stored correspondence is restricted, and the volume of personal data we hold is deliberately small. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but minimising what we collect materially limits the risk.
Legal basis
Technical data rests on the legitimate interest of running a secure site; optional analytics rest on consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data.
The date at the top is the only version marker that matters; there are no silent edits.
